well, the day has arrived.
wes is at his first day of kindergarten.
all i can think about is what hes doing... if he's having fun... if he ate his lunch...
last night he had a belly ache, which is very unusual. not sure if it was nerves or not. he went to bed at 8:30 and fell strait to sleep, but woke up several times, hurting. it was heartbreaking! he was finally out at 10:30 for good. i was worried that 7 am would come quick and i'd have a cranky kid on my hands, but he woke up excited and ready to go. i hope his mood stays good all day!
it was his idea to lean on the car. he said it made him look cool :)
we were on of the first people there, so we checked out the classroom. this is his 'hurry up and take the picture so i can look around some more' face.
wes' friend katie arrived and they checked out the class hamster, with a new friend named bobby ray.
he found his seat and got ready to color.
and i left as they started.
i can't wait until 3:00 to hear all about his day!!!
