we are pet people. gary claims that he's not. he hates pet hair, but really who likes it!? this year he surprised me by rescuing a baby holstein steer and nursing it back to health. the steer's name is louie and he's adorable. so, i'm considering him an animal lover right along with us. his big burly exterior can't fool me!
all of my fur babies are special and will get their own post (don't laugh). but, this post is specifically for the baby of the house. miss callie. she is a wee little tabby cat.
i picked up callie on november 7, 2011. she was 8 weeks old.

she loves wes and he loves her. he may have even said that he wants to marry her. bless his little 5 year old heart.
she lets wes carry her around and snuggle with her on the couch. when she's had enough, she looks at me with a 'heeeeeeelp' look, but he stays right there with him :)
